These terms explain the basic rules for using the MapleHaven Living website, accounts, and booking-request features.
Accounts
Provide accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Email verification is required before booking.
Listings and booking requests
Listing details, pricing, and availability are provided for the property shown and may need confirmation by MapleHaven. Submitting a booking and payment request does not itself mean a booking is confirmed. A request remains pending until MapleHaven reviews it and updates its status in your account.
Payments
The site records that you have submitted an e-Transfer request; it does not process the transfer or verify it automatically. Use the payment instructions shown during checkout and include your booking reference. Payment is marked complete only after staff review.
Using the website
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person’s account or booking, interfere with its operation, or submit false booking information. We may restrict access when needed to protect accounts and the service.
